Construction Hoist

Construction hoist are pre-built or customized elevators according to user type of application, required space, capacity, and project height with respect to all safety considerations. They are mainly installed vertically, in tall buildings, which are under construction, investigation, or repair operations to transport people, raw materials, and goods.

Yes, they are mostly applicable in construction industries for high safety and strength to move people and loads. They are economic choices as they save time in the transportation of goods and people, as a result of which the costs of the project are decreased and the overall project efficiency is facilitated.

The installation stages of construction hoist:


1.    Stabilizing bases are settled on the foundation and fixed in them using roll bolts. 
2.    Some sections are installed on stabilizing bases using bolts and nuts. 
3.    The cabin is installed on the bases. Then, engines and gearboxes are located over the cabin and some sections are added over the previous ones. 
4.    The initially installed sections are anchored, and a cable holder is installed on the elevator section. 
5.    Again, ten more sections are added and anchored to the previous ones.
6.    The second cable holder is placed over the elevator. Then, an electrical board and other connections are installed on the cabin for operation.
7.    To move the cabin to high levels, the sections are installed up to the intended height. The mechanical stopper is also installed over the section. 
8.    In the end, microswitches are installed and adjusted on cabins.
9.    To increase safety, springs are installed below and handrails are installed over the cabin.
